We currently have an opportunity for a 2-4 year PQE solicitor. This role will be working in the IT and E-commerce team, part of the Commercial Practice Group. This is an energetic team with a wide private and public sector client base.
Candidates can expect a varied diet of small and large IT projects which will include a full range of IT and e-commerce contracts from software licences and system procurement to outsourcing and corporate transaction support.
The successful candidate must have current IT contract experience including drafting. Experience in data protection advice is highly desirable. Candidates should be confident and well motivated with excellent communication skills and should be able to take responsibility for tasks assigned to them.
